Queenie.S.K. owns the full right of the intellectual property on this website. This includes every image, illustration, design, trademarks...etc. that you see. Therefore, it is illegal to copy, use or reproduce any of our designs or images on our website without our consent. Violations of copyright on any of our design/illustration/product will be vigorously pursued.
- Printing/Product Color
Different monitors display colors differently so Queenie.S.K. strongly recommend our client to arrange an appointment with us to view our actual products to avoid any disappointment before ordering online. Please note that slight color difference might occur between each printed product as it is a natural process of printing and cannot be returned based on this reason.
Queenie.S.K. reserves the right to alter any materials that we use without any prior notice. However, that does NOT include any orders already placed with us.
- Text Information Supply
All text information that are printed on wedding stationery must be supplied clearly by client in Word document. If personalisation of guest names is required, please make sure that all names are exactly how they should be spelt and written on actual product.
- Cancellation & Refund
For any purchase on our website, unfortunately no cancellation or refund is accepted after your payment is being processed unless the item is damaged or the wrong order is despatched to you. Therefore, please consider carefully before purchasing anything on our website. Should you discovered any damaged items among your purchase, please send us an email: email@example.com and we will proceed your request accordingly. Clients are required to mail the damaged item back to us, which we will then mail out a new product to them.
Cancellation of wedding stationery order before client's approval of proof, a booking deposit of 10% (which is payable by customer when placing order) will be forfeited. Unfortunately no cancellation is accepted after the proof is being approved.
We usually allow 1-2 changes to the proof that we supply to clients. Changes are limited to typo and basic layout arrangement. Additional revisions may incur extra design cost. No amendments will be accepted after the proof is being approved.
- Printing Errors
By signing off the digital proof, client agrees that we send off the artwork to print. Therefore, Queenie.S.K. does not bear responsibility for any client's input errors discovered AFTER proof approval. If a reprint is requested, we are required to charge for any printing costs. However, in any event of our error, rest assured that we will make sure we try our best to fix it.
- Timing & Delivery
The whole process from placing order to receiving it can range from 3-6 weeks so we advise our clients to order their stationery with us as soon as possible. Urgent order is possible depending on our schedule, but will incur an additional charge. Queenie.S.K. reserves the right to turn down an order if we decide that we cannot meet the deadline.
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All our prices are subject to change without any notice. However this would NOT affect any orders already placed with us.
- Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Any orders/purchase with us is considered acceptance of Queenie.S.K.'s terms and conditions.
